when you get hurt by your love ones and lost of your family'lives.
Pain causes the heart rate, respiratory (breathing) rate and blood pressure to rise. It also causes other symptoms across the body, for example your pupils dilating.
Even though the above may be true in certain circumstances, it is not true in all cases.
Research does not support identification of pain through changes in vital signs.
Please see the clinical study "Can Fluctuations in Vital Signs Be Used for Pain Assessment in Critically Ill Patients with a Traumatic Brain Injury?" by Caroline Arbour et al.
Also, please look up literature on Pain assessment in Nonverbal patients along with other studies, e.g., "Changes in heart rate do not correlate with changes in pain intensity in emergency department patients." by Swanson E. et al
"Establishing a link between heart rate and pain in healthy subjects: a gender effect." by Marchand S et al.
Body temperature increased due to cytokine effect that is released in response to inflammation, as a compensatory mechanism there will be a vasodilation to increase heat loss that will result in decrease in blood pressure, as a result there will be an increase in HR (pulse) to overcome hypotension and the increase in metabolic rate will contribute in this also, Finally RR will increase due to the increase in metabolic rate (may be to wash out carbon dioxide result from metabolism and to increase oxygen saturation as body demand increased).
In summary
BP decreased,
RR, Pulse, Temperature increased.
A typical acute illness, such as the flu or a cold, tends to affect vital signs as follows:
The Presence of pain in the body can have an effect on things like heartbeat and blood pressure etc.
YES
temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure and pain
Generally pain will cause blood pressure and the pulse to increase. In my experience respirations will decrease due to patients holding their breath

All pain can only be perceived by pt. You may see their reaction or vital signs, but only the pt can perceive his/her pain.
