First of all you have to be 18 or older. Then I believe you have to live in the area (I'm not sure if you have too or not or even where it is). Just go on the forums and be active there. They don't like when people ask. You can be a beta tester if you want. There should be a link at the forums.

∙ 12y agoOn the right hand side of the homepage and underneath the commercials, there is a little box with a girls head in and click on "Sign up for free now" which is in a green box. You need to fill in your details (You need an email address and to be 13+) and you can get started! Ask on my message board if you want more info. Plz recommend me.
