Well, I've experience emotional & mental abuse throughout my whole childhood. Here's what happens:
**They remain tramuatized, so aren't able to be in romantic or platonic relationships; commitment issues.
**They move past it.
**Their confidence remains low and they get into trouble mentally and legally.
**They may victimized themselves in the future since that's what they're use to.
These are the things that I've seen members of my family go through, and even my personal struggles.
