People either have sexual intercourse, in which the male fertilizes the female's egg cell to become pregnant, or they adopt a child that doesn't have parents from orphanage or arrest due to neglect, abuse, or a charge that separates both child and biological parents.

After nine months in pregnancy the woman will go into labor and give birth to the baby. (Make note that pregnancy makes a woman very vulnerable to injury and must be cared for all needs in the woman's and the fetus's health.)
