Best thing I've ever found for greasy stains is a spray cleaner called Simple Green. It's available in most hardware, automotive and discount stores. It's a concentrated cleaner so that spray bottle is going to be like $7. but it will last a LONG time! Non-toxic and biodegradable too.
Take the full-strength Simple Green and spray it on the stains. Let it soak for at least an hour, longer won't hurt anything. Wash in warm water just like you normally would. Might have to do this a couple of times but it usually works. I've used Simple Green to get axle grease out of a pair of jeans even!

Stripping the fat from meats like chicken is best done before baking or cooking. Trim all the visible fat away with a knife before cooking or breading. Boiling chicken in water will also remove much of the fat.
Chicken fat.
to remove a stain, u need to dissolve it chemically. some stains are simply dissolved with water, but when it comes to fat it's hydrophobic (for example, if you try to mix oil and water they don't mix), that's why u need to use organic solvants or detergents in order to dissolve the stain so you would be able to remove it
