"Ni-nana. "

??

That isn't correct.

You can say :

"Nijuunana",

or,

"Nijuushichi".

The number sequence is :

2, 10, 7.

ni-juu-nana

or

ni-juu-shichi

二十七 is how it's written in Kanji.

二 (ni/2)

十(juu/10)

七(nana/shichi/7)

七月二十七日 when its fully in Kanji, but its more common to write it is 7月27日

(either way its pronounced Nana-Gatsu Ni-Jyuu-Nana-Nichi) In Japanese the year comes first then the month then the day, and its said in the same order.
