'The Da Vinci Code' was released first, however, 'Angels and Demons' was written first and leads into the story in 'The da Vinci Code.'
doesn't really matter. But the book is the prequel so..... yah, read the "Angels and Demons" book first.
"Angels & Demons" is considered a prequel to "The Da Vinci Code." Both are part of the Robert Langdon series by author Dan Brown, with "Angels & Demons" being the first book in the series that introduces the character of Robert Langdon.
No necessarily, I read The Da Vinci Code before Angels and Demons and the book didn't refer to Angels and Demons in a way that I couldn't understand. Just subtle hints that didn't effect the reader.
"The Da Vinci Code" was actually a sequel to Dan Brown's previous novel, "Angels & Demons." Both books feature the character Robert Langdon and explore themes of religion, history, and conspiracy theories.
It is a mythical book in Da Vinci's Demons.
In the television program, Da Vinci's Demons, the Book of Leaves is a mythical book that Da Vinci goes on a quest to find. He believes the book holds mysterious truths and could help him find his missing mother.
The second book is named Angels and Demons.
Dan Brown's first book is the book Digital Fortress, it was published in 1998. His first book in the Robert Langdon series is Angels & Demons, published in 2000. Deception Point (not in Robert Langdon series) was published in 2001, The Da Vinci Code in 2003, and The Lost Symbol in 2009.

I could be mistaken, but i believe they names it this because the fight between religion and science is so contrasting that it hits all highs (angels) and lows(demons) of the argument. And also the churches and statues are all angels and demons. (Pay attention to the temples and churches they visit. You will understand)
