the Aryan culture became mixed. the new ideas became part of the Vedas. That is true to some extent. The later books of RigVeda (Book 1 and Book 10) contain influences of interaction with hinduism. But the other way round is more correct - that the Vedas and Aryan culture became a part of hinduism.
