forces push and pull on an object making the object move in the direction of the force. the stronger force would overcome the lesser force, causing the object's motion to go in the direction of the stronger force (newton's 2nd law).

also

if forces are balanced there s no acceleration hence there is no motion.....thus if forces are unbalanced the motion is in the same direction as the resultant force (the greater force acting on an object)
When the forces acting on an object are unbalanced, The one with more mass will pull on the other one, causing a change in motion.

If the forces on an object don't add up to zero, then the group of forces is unbalanced,

and the object acquires "accelerated" motion.

That means that either it speeds up, or it slows down, or it changes direction

even if its speed doesn't change.

Unbalanced forces will cause a change in an object's motion, such as speeding it up, slowing it down, or changing its direction. A change in motion is called acceleration.

What forces affect motion?

Unbalanced.

How do balanced forces acting on an object affect its motion. How do unbalanced forces acting on an object affect its motion?

Balanced forces do not change its motion (no acceleration). Unbalanced forces changes the motion of the object (acceleration).

How do unbalanced forces effect an objects motion?

If the [group of] forces on an object is unbalanced, the object accelerates.

How do balanced and unbalanced force affect an objects motion?

The motion in a body depends on the the balanced or unbalanced forces acting on it. If the sum of the forces is 0 then it is a balanced force and produces no motion if the sum of the forces isn't 0 then it is unbalanced force. The body will move in the direction in which the force is applied. That's about it

How do balanced forces acting on objects affect its motion?

When the forces acting on an object are balanced, they cancel each other out and the result is no change in its motion.Balanced forces have no effect on motion. Unbalanced forces cause acceleration.

An unbalanced force will not change an objects motion?

If the forces on an object are unbalanced then the objects motion will change. It will start accelerating in the direction of the resultant force. Only objects that have balanced forces will remain in the same motion (stationary or moving at a constant speed).

How do balanced forces affect an objects motion?

Balanced forces applied on both sides of an object cause it to be still. Unbalanced forces will cause the object to move away from the strongest force.

Does an unbalanced force change an objects motion?

There's no such thing as "an unbalanced force".If the entire group of two or more forces on an objectis unbalanced, then the object's motion changes.

What are two unbalanced forces often change an objects motion?

Gravity & Friction.

Can unbalanced force change an objects motion?

If the group of forces acting on an object is unbalanced, the object's motion always changes. The change is called "acceleration".

How do unbalanced forces affect motion?

-- An unbalanced group of forces on an object causes the object to accelerate in the direction of the net force. -- If an object is not moving, then the group of forces on it must be balanced, else it would be accelerated.
