I think that they look a bit like hot air balloons. I saw one before but i don't remember what it looked like. I know that they are white!.
Hope i helped (i know i didn't do)
A weather balloon carries weather instruments, such as a radiosonde, aloft to about 30,000 meters. As the balloon ascends, the instruments collect data on temperature, humidity, and pressure, transmitting the information back to the ground for weather forecasting and research.
A weather balloon unit is a package of equipment that typically includes a balloon, a radiosonde (instrument to measure various weather parameters), a parachute, and sometimes a radar reflector. This unit is used to collect weather data by releasing the balloon into the atmosphere, where it ascends and transmits information back to the ground station.
To enable the gases inside the balloon to expand which they do when the balloon reaches high altitudes. At this point the balloon becomes much larger.
Yes, a weather balloon expands as it rises through the atmosphere due to the decreasing air pressure. Once it reaches a certain altitude, the balloon will have expanded as much as it can and eventually burst.
Helium will contract in cold weather, but that may not cause a balloon filled with it to sink since the air will also contract - and by about the same amount - so the relative densities of the helium and the surrounding are would remain about the same and the buoyancy of a helium filled balloon would remain
Like a balloon.

A 567kg weather balloon is designed to lift a 3670 package.......

It's not much of an animal, although it does have kitty ears. It's called the Balloon Pokémon, so it's supposed to look like a balloon.
Its like a giant (usually blue) flat balloon
A big fat water balloon
