First you have to take out all the screws and if it is the head under the manifold then you will have to take the manifold off as well as anything that can be holding it on. Then you have to pull the head off which may take a little bit of force. Clean off the head as well as the engine block where it has been leaking oil so it doesn't smoke anymore. If you have a gasket set then that's good but if not then used Ultra Black Silicone sealant and out it around the head and on the tubes leading to the spark plugs. make sure you don't leave anything open so it doesn't leak anymore.
