There are a scad-zillion different kind of noises that it could be making. You need to BClear. Knock, rattle, chirp, bang, tick, squeal, chatter etc. Description and when it occurs is important to know.
You will have to determine the source of the noise before you can fix it.
The regulator is in the engine computer, and if failed the computer will need replaced.
New CV joints will fix the grinding noise
Squeaks are hard to find. try having someone push up and down on the front end at different places while you listen for the squeak. The noise is most likely shock or strut related.
Got to be the CV joint going bad. A reputable garage, a reputable mechanic, quality parts..........say $300 to fix it.
I have a screeching sound in my pick up when it gets up to 2000 rpms. Does not make the noise while idling and starts fine.
Wrong size bulb installed.
Need to know which light is blinking.
it is not expensive and if you have a workshop manuel, it is an easy job
i had the same problem with my 02 intrepid it was the idler pulley to the ac belt $19 to fix it.
You have to pin-point the source of the noise and then you can determine what steps to take to fix it.
Full size 1994 Dodge Van does not have a timing belt, but instead has a timing chain and gears on front of engine behind water pump.
