You have to not be already married and you also have to love that sims (100 with a love heart next to it). Then when you socialise, there should be an option which says something like 'propose'. Then it will show your two sims changing into wedding wear.
To have a good chance of the other sim accepting, you should dance with them first to get their mood up.

∙ 13y agoFull relationship, wedding lei and beanie on both of the sims, and they should have a green mood rating (use cheats for relationship and mood.). Then pop the question, and the sim should accept.

∙ 11y agowell actully you have to get them to talk alot until they become friends then when your friends server them some lunch dinner or breakfast it matters on what time it is
after they eat start fliriting with them then you should see a heart or they will denie it it matters if their nice or mean then you kiss them alot and dance with them and give them gifts then you propose but be careful sometimes they say no and it lowers your friendship if they say no keep cheering them up until they say yess :) hope it helped

∙ 14y agoyeeees!!!, but you can only marry people from the free locations. for example... ginger, pamela, rod, etc etc. or you can make your own wife or husband in free-play mode!!!
