you cant

jirachi is only obtainable in explorers of the sky after completing special episode bidoof's wish, beating the game and then obtaining the secret rank. after that you must visit spinda's cafe until a Pokemon gives you jirachi's challenge letter

If you want to recruit Giratina you must do the following:

Get the Wonder Mail for World Abyss.

Get to Floor 30 (With your bag full).

Fight Giratina (Don't use any items except Reviver seeds).

If you follow this instructions you should get Giratina

first : you have to beat bidoof's wish

second :you have to try to get a challenge letter from jirachi

third : beat jirachi !

finally : recruit jirachi at the guild

this sounds easy!!

all you have to do is to keep going to spindas cafe and talk to all people y the door. f they ask if your team your team name here then say yes if its a challange letter from jirachi take it. go o star cave depths. defeat him go back to the guild and he will ask to join your team.(You might have to beat Darkri in order to get challange letters.)

you have get to floor 23 or 29 and jirachi is there it might be moltres or lugia but you can tell by the backround grass=jirachi fire=moltres water=lugia hope this helps
