to get your tamagotchi older in years just be patient and feed it well and exercise it well, and then it will form onto different things (tama animals) and it will soon get very old or will have a baby if you connect. you can also reset your tama i know that there is a cheat that can make ur tama an adult... im not sure of it though... but if you want the match maker the come quicker then select a friend in your friends list and type in the code C,B,A,C,B,A,A

there isn't a true way unless you want to take apart your whole tama!

then you can break it VERY easily.

if you want to risk it........ go to Google.com and type in 'how to debug tamagotchi (type the version v4, v5, etc)' it will show you.

otherwise don't pause it, feed it lots and play many games. Just do as much with it as possible. regardless of what ANYONE says NEVER reset the time constantly when it tries to sleep.

you really cant make your tamagotchi becaome an adult. You gone have to wait. Usually it take about 2 or 3 days for it to transform. For v4.5 or v4 or v3 its probably not going to take so long but v5 it take 2 or 3 days.

Once i had a tamagotchi that's age bar said 75! Of course that wasnt its real age but i was playing with it when it was 1yrs old and the battery died so i forgot to change its battery for a year or two. Then i changed the battery and pressed download and it was 75!

You have to be patient with the v5s. They grow slowly. Unless you debug your toy, it doesn't seem to have any other kind of trick to make them grow faster.
