When somebody adds you as a friend, a box will pop up, asking you if you would like to accept the friend request or not. If you want to add somebody, you can right click on their name and click "Add Friend" or click on Messenger, click "Add Friend" and Type in the name of the player you are looking to add. If they decline, they will not show up on your messenger list.
