I am currently running Fallout 3 with all DLC's and it runs fine. You may have to enter compatibility mode and disable visual themes for it to work. If you are running the game with the unofficial patch, it may not work. You can uninstall the unofficial one and patch it with the newest official one (I did this and it works).
Like all PC's on all Windows versions, tap the tilde key (~). You should notice the screen freeze and a text box on the bottom left of your monitor.
I don't think you can,
Windows 7 is too powerful for that old game.
yes as long as the PC is good enough
Yes. I'm level 18 with 145 hours game play, using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Fallout 3 has a bug for 4 core processors. Search for the fix you can input into an ini file.
If it will run on Vista, it will run on 7. So, yes is the answer.
Yes, mine works just fine.
Windows 8 and 7, being modern, can still run older games like Fallout 3. If these don't work by double clicking, you can run a compatibility mode for Windows Vista or XP on them and they will work as if you are on Vista or XP. I would not recommend trying this on Windows 10 due to it being a beta edition, but most people don't have the technical preview anyway. Good Luck!
To get The Sims 3 to work on Windows 8 would be the same as getting it to work on Windows 7 or Vista.
yes
Yes. My Logitech Attack 3 Joystick works fine on Windows 7 Professional.

You computer might not reach the system requirements for the game. try lowering all of the settings in the options menu. if this does not work your computer might not be able to run the game.
