You can add Speaker Notes to your presentation, from the View menu, and insert your comments there.
Otherwise, if you collaborate -- share your presentation with others -- you can also add comments in the Speaker Notes area.
You can change and add more font in google docs by clicking fonts and hitting add more fonts. However you can not change it in the presentaion.
