To add transmission fluid to a 2000 Plymouth Prowler, first ensure the vehicle is on a level surface and the engine is running. Locate the transmission dipstick, which is typically found near the back of the engine compartment. Remove the dipstick, wipe it clean, reinsert it, and then check the fluid level. If it’s low, use a funnel to add the recommended type of transmission fluid through the dipstick tube until it reaches the proper level.
Down the transmission dipstick.
With the egine and transmission at normal operating temp and the car level you remove the small pipe plug located at the output same of the right front axel shaft. A small amount of fuild should run out. If it doesn't you add fuild until it does, then reinstall the plug. Be careful because the fuild is HOT!
I own a 2003 Chevy cav, with on dip stick, you can not add trans fuild, you must take it to a shop that works on that kind of car.
