ONCE YOU HAVE THE DESIRED TIME IN THE DISPLAY, PRESS THE SET/RES BUTTON ON THE FAR LOWER RIGHT OF THE DISPLAY CLUSTER. THE TIME WILL NOW BE SET. FOLLOW THE SAME INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SETTING OF THE DATE. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT FOR DATE SETTING, THE DAY IE, THE 1ST, 2ND AND SO ON, WILL BE DISPLAYED FIRST, FOLLOWED BY THE MONTH. Click on the 'My Settings' option in the left-hand blue panel. Scroll to the bottom of the page to where it says 'Time Display' - then simply enter the time difference from UTC. For example, if your time-zone is EST, enter -5 in the box. Once you've done that - click on the Save settings button, and you're done.
