To turn off the headlights in a Ford Explorer, locate the headlight switch on the left side of the steering wheel. Turn the switch to the "Off" position. If your vehicle has an automatic headlight feature, ensure that the vehicle is in the "Off" position or the engine is turned off, as the headlights may turn off automatically after a short period. If needed, you can also adjust the settings in the vehicle’s menu for more control.
