Take off the valve cover & loosen or tighten the rocker arms. This should not be done by amateurs. Misadjustments can cause valve to piston clearance problems.

if i remember correctly, it is a top or rear adjust, ive never really looked at mine but i believe my autobodyist said it was rear adjust cause i needed a new headlight and they came top or rear adjust hope this helps

you dont adjust a tension pulley you adjust the position of the compressor to tighten the belt
