Since your tires are all season, they should be good. If you are worried they won't be, then it would be a good idea to buy some snow chains that can be put on your wheels without removing your tires.

1. Get chains or cables 2. Start in 1st gear then switch to 2nd and Drive as you get going faster. My GS400 has a snow button. This basically reduces the power to the rear wheels at low speeds but does nothing at normal speeds.
My personal experience is no. A dually is worse than a 2 wheel drive with posi-trac rear end.
