have manectric learn thunder
and have medichan learn high jump-kick
use medichan on Sidney
use thunder or water pulse on phobe
use hi-jump kick on gladia
use thunder on drake

soak claydol with water pulse
drench aggron with water pulse
jump kick cradilly

∙ 13y agogo to viola city then go to the ruins and go to the place with the ladder go down it go to the top you should find him looking at the end of the wall you cant talk to him unless you get your starter Pokemon from him then evolve it to its last evolution go to his house talk to him and put your starter in your party and in 1st spot talk to him he will be happy then he will go out of the house and in the ruins hope I helped

∙ 9y agoIt depends on the game you're playing. In Ruby, Sapphire, Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire, you can battle him as many times as you want. In Emerald, on the other hand, you can only battle him once.
