------ This is cheerleading and i am a cheerleader so i will tell you what you will need to work on. You need to work on your jumps which is toe touches, hurkies and hurdlers, and pikes also you need to practice tumbling such as a back handspring and a roundoffs, and hopefully you definitely have a cartwheel and you should work out to it takes a lot of muscles for cheerleading you should do stuff such as sit ups and v-ups and push ups and running is also very good and just work out and exercise and try really hard.
