Spawn all your little friends crouching on all the pillars, then spawn a little one on the right edge of the platform you spawned on. Send a friend in the direction of all the others, then fall down to the generator and make the platform go up for the running friend to get the box.

To beat level four,you have to run in the direction of the switch,and then press shift, and go to the spikes.When the other bowman turns the spikes off,go through,and you win!

Okay, so what you do is you place a boxman next to the generator, then you run towards the generator with the blue dude and press shift after you pass the one you created. The second one will run back and forth past the generator. Then you hop on the platform and wait for it to rise. :)
