You go to your pastor and announce to him that you have a calling by God to mininster to his people. Then pastor can ordain you as a mininster or they can require you to go to some classed 1st and then be ordained as one.

GOD will call you to become a Pastor. If you are seeking it out of his will that is a sin. If you believe without a doubt that GOD called you to lead a flock then you need to be ordained. You can only be ordained by another Pastor who believes that you both heard from GOD on the matter and you are practicing what you are about to preach.

Make it known to your Pastor, that you believe you are ready to become an Elder, he will also see fit in due time, and he will submit your name to the Ordination Board of the Jurisdiction.
