Well, it's no easy job! You should probably sign up to some youth theatres and make sure you have stage experience. You can also sign up to Children's Casting websites. Your appearance doesn't usually matter unless you want to be in a film/T.V show or series. Be enthusiastic and go to as many auditions as possible. Good luck :)
