Without constantly watching the flame, there is no full-proof way to make candles burn evenly.
Keeping them out of any drafts will help somewhat, and the cost of the candle is an important - and often overlooked - aspect. Cheap candles burn raggedly. High-quality candles burn much more evenly. Best of all are candles that are at least 50% beeswax - but those are very expensive, and hard to find. Still, they burn very, very slowly and evenly with little to no smoke.

Actually, The Colored candles faster. The colored candles filled with variety color metter which absobe the more heat, of which keep the candles easily hot and burn.
