A temperature range is the highest temperature subtracted from the lowest temperature.
For example:
My highest temperature is 39 degrees Celsius
My lowest temperature is 4 degrees Celsius
Therefore, you subtract the lowest (4) from the highest (39).
The answer should be 35 degrees Celsius.
I Hope I helped. I tried to set it out for beginners because I know it can get very confusing. :)
Let's take steps:
1)Add up the average temperatures for each year.
2)Then divide by the number of years in order to get the mean annual temperature.
Me numero es bredaman!
I help you .
(Maximum) - (Minimum) = Temp. Range
i.e. 24 degrees - 2 degrees = 22 degrees
(-3) - (-10) = 7 degrees
O______O
(Temp of months Jan - Dec added together) ÷ 12 = average annual temp
well the way you calculate the average annual temperature is that say you have a country that's called Aberdeen,Scotland and you have al the temperature's of all 12 months. so you take all 12 months and you add all of the temperatures then whatever answer you get that will be the average annual temperature. i hope you understood this concept
thank you (:
