V=fλ or f= V/λ

Therefore to calculate frequency, divide the velocity of the

wave by it's wavelength.

Similarly if the period is known, then frequency is the inverse

of this value;

f= 1/T

### How do you measure distance by wave?

A wave is contain...wavelength and frequency.
Wave length:- Distance travelled by a wave in a
cycle.
Frequency:- No. of cycle in per second.
Now, we have to calculate the length from wave length
So, as we know frequency= wavelength/seconds
so for length= frequency X Time in second can show
wavelengh.
This perticular wavelength of light can use to drive distance
from wavelength.
