first u need a Pokemon know dive,surf ,fly,dig,strenght and you need a wailord and relicanth. fly to pacificlog city and surf to left .u wil get in the currents . try to get to the deep water betwwn the currents .go to th sign wriiten at last and dive again you will go in a sealed chamber.at first you dig up. a chamber will be opened.get in and you will hwar three doors open(relicanth and wailord is needed to open doors).for regirock go in desert and find the door opened go inside and use strnght in one block ,u will face regirock after using strenght.for regice go to dewford and surf up .u will find a chamber and read the symbol for some time.the door will open and go inside and face regice.for registeel go in fortree and go straight to lilycove .u will find a chamber near a ruin maniac .go in middle and use fly.go inside and face registeel
