  1. Use a potholder, towel or oven mitt at all times.
  2. Do not allow foods with high chloride (ex. salt) or acidic (ex. tomatoes) contents to remain in cookware after use.
  3. Do not let food or liquids exceed the rivet line on your cookware.
  4. Cookware is dishwasher safe, however hand washing is recommended. To clean simply use warm water, mild dishwashing soap, and a soft sponge or nylon pad. Dry thoroughly.
  5. Use stainless steel cleaners to remove stubborn stains from your cookware, such as Wolfgang Puck Bistro Stainless Steel Cleaning Set, Bon Ami®, Cameo® or Bar Keeper's Friend.
  6. Never let your cookware boil dry. If this occurs, do not attempt to move or remove cookware from cooking surface until cookware has completly cooled. Your cookware is oven safe to 400°f (350°f with cookware lid). Never leave an empty piece of cookware on a hot burner or in a hot oven unattended; this can damage both your cookware and your stovetop. The handles of your cookware will get hot when placed in the oven or if the handle is left over a hot burner. Use a potholder or oven mitt at all times. Do not heat nonstick cookware when your pans are empty; this may cause fumes, which are harmful.
