first you need a gs ball then go to ilex forest then talk to the forest protector (if you have a gs ball you well find a holl in the protector )then you well be asked to put the gs ball in the holl if you say yes you wzll lose the gs ball but celebi(at lv.30) well come immediately (you can do this at pokemon crystal)
