How do you catch a espeon on Pokemon?

that's a hoenn Pokemon.
you have to trade it to a game with an internal clock (ruby diamond etc.) and max out it's love during the day.
save the eevee you got from celedon. if you didn't, it's ok. just catch a ditto and breed it with your eevee's evolution. hatch the egg by walking around with it, and then feed eevee a lot of calciums, iron, etc, and battle with it (and win). do this all during the day or morning, and soon enough you should get an espeon!!!!!

although that's all true, you can not make an espeon or umbreon because there is no day or night in fire red, i was disappointed to find this out my self

that is why you trade the eevee over to ruby Sapphire or emerald which all have clocks and set times.

Getting Espeon is not possible due to the fact that the game has no internal clock feature like Gold and Silver version you can trade it from Pokemon Colosseum after completing the game you will need a GBA to GCN link cable to do that along with the ruby and sapphire delivered. Besides that you can also get an Espeon from Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald by training an Evee during the daytime until it's happiness is maxed out (since the games also feature the clock) just use a GBA link cable to trade it of course.

You cant because to get one it has to be in the morning so you have to be on emerald, Sapphire, or ruby

Espeon cannot be caught, instead Eevee evolves into Espeon during daytime when your friendship with it is maxed out.
