You cant you have to trade from firered or colluseum
after beating the elite4 goto island5 and go al the way up using surf then turn right you will find a cave call lost cave Murkrow is in there but it is hard to catch u got like 10% of finding it good luck

That is not true...you can get them in paradise lost city by talking to that old guy and his parfix creature. Just be quick because you have to make sure you odeon is not low or the city might become closed for a pandemic.

Safari Zone
It can be found at the Safari Zone, in the swamp area, I think. It took me a long time to catch one, I can tell you.
Pokewalker
It can be found on a pokewalker route. The same one as Elekid. This is the easier method of capture.
Murkrow Evolving
While I'm here, I might as well tell you how to evolve Murkrow. Simply use a Dusk Stone on it.

You can also catch one at the Safari Zone. You can get one at level 17 in the Swamp Zone. You can even surf to get one.
