i have the same issue- on some other site , i read that you have to remove the whole light assembly-- two screws on top ( which is easy, i did that) and two screws behind , bottom( well, i am still to figure out where these two screws are--good luck)--hey BE EXTRA CAREFUL--its more complicated than i can figure out- i just saw another site and this one actually had pics & instructions & warnings by somebody--DONT LET A $1 bulb end up costing you a $1000 new light assembly (all fittings are fiddly & can easily break!) i am not attempting it myself anymore. hope you have better luck.
