Pop the hood and look at the top of the headlight, there should be 2 bent pieces of metal behind the headlight that look like hooks. Pull them up and the headlight should come all the way out. The only thing keeping it attached now is the wires to the actual bulb holder. This only works on the f150. The f250 and up were still the older style looking truck.
