first the low beam bulb is very costly. Average around $140.00 a piece. Underneath the hood there is a black enclosure that snaps in place that will allow access to the bulb assembly. Simply unsnap this case and remove the bulb asembly. You will have to twist the bulb assembly 1/4 turn for it to release. Remove the old bulb. Being careful not to touch the new bulb (hold it only on the metal beause the natural oils on your hand will cause the bulb to break prematurely, it gets that hot) Screw it into the bulb assembly and put the bulb assembly back in place. This should correct the problem if it is the bulb otherwise you may have an electrical problem.
you can get to the low beams without taking the headlight out. same goes for high beam and turn signal....need to take healights out to change halo bulbs....bumper comes off to get healights out...yes bumper has to come off to change the halo bulbs.
