Open trunk. With a deep nut driver remove the three nuts that hold the tail lamp in place. Gently pull the tail lamp from its mount. Remove the lamp socket but turning is slightly to the left. Pull old bulb out gently. Us a rag or glove in case the bulb breaks. Insert new bulb into the socket replace the socket into the tail lamp housing and install the tail lamp. Be careful that the screws are aligned through the holes and the tail lamp is properly seated before tightening the nuts.
