How do you change a vauxhall zafira wing mirror?

On the inside of the door there is a triangular trim, in the same place the mirror is on the outside.

Wind the window down, grasp the trim, and pull it off, pulling away from the door.

It will be stiff, and you may break the trim removing it.

It also goes slightly under the main door trim pad, so will require some manoeuvring to remove.

Also the trim may have a speaker for the stereo in it.

Once the trim is removed you will see 3 Torx headed screws that hold the mirror to the door.

2 are easy to remove, the 3rd is a pig to get to without removing the whole door trim.

(It can be done, if you undo the 2 easy ones first, and use a 1/4" drive ratchet with male Torx bit to undo the hard to get one, but you run the risk of dropping the tools/screw into the door! Then you have to remove the door trim anyway.)

Reassembly is the reverse of removal, but you may need some white clips to re-attach the internal trim, as they break easily.
