If it's the driver side door, remove the window switch panel, it pops out pretty easy, you should find a screw behind there holding the door panel in. IF you look where your door hinges are, there is a plastic retainer that also holds the door panel in, pop it out. Lift the door panel straight up and unhook it from the door frame. Prop the window in the up position its a must. Take the 4-speaker screws or nuts off and remove the speaker. Now unbolt the three nuts holding the window motor on and stick your hand through the speaker hole and remove the window motor.
CAUTION do not try and remove the window motor from the larger hole in the door frame towards the rear of the car, if the spring is loaded it could fly off and take your fingers and such with it.
So make sure you remove it through the speaker hole it's quick and painless. I just did one and it took about a half hour tops. This is the second one I did.The first one just missed my fingers by inches because I tried to take it out through the large hole to the rear of the motor and that spring popped off.
Remove the inside door panel. Remove the wiring harness from the window motor. Remove the track linkage. Remove the window motor retaining screws. Reverse the process to install the new window motor.
