Remove ashtray
Prise the lower part of the silver bezel away from the fascia (use your fingers to pull it away - with the ashtray removed you should be able to feel where it meets the fascia and separate it there)
Release the silver bezel fully by prising it away from the fascia along both sides and the top
Starting at the top, disconnect all the wiring multiplugs going to the switches, stereo, etc.
Withdraw the bezel along with the heater controls, stereo, etc.
The heater panel bulbs can be seen from the rear and need a flat blade screwdriver to twist them to remove
