if you are talking about the speedo clock first remove the cowling around the ignition then locate the two screws just under the dash by the clock then remove the plastic surround then you should see the screws that holds the clock in place, remove those and then gently pull clock forward and remove the plugs ontop of the clock.
No, unless you change the undercarriage and everything needed.
depends on the size of the motor, but my 95 impreza 1.8L usually take about 4.6 liters each time i change the oil.
check the fuse...in the fuse box.
I have the coupe model, so it may be different, however, on my 95 Subaru Impreza, the OBD connector is under the dash, on the left side of the steering wheel. you'll see a little plastic pocket of sorts, and on the upper surface you should see a little door. the connector is located under that door.
If it is of the same year, it should be a easy replacement. If you are swapping with the springs of the Legacy, you may notice a slight ride height increase.
yes
The ECU isn't under the Dash. its under the passenger's feet. you must lift carpet to see protecting shield once removed you will see the ECU.i know because i own a 95 impreza and maintain it myself.
Yes , this is the most reliable and cheapest way to obtain your power goals. Some blocks can be had for $1200
i put a ej20 turbo out of a 02 wrx in mine and it worked out great for me make sure you swap the tranny as well its much stronger than the tranny in a 95 impreza l unless yours is only fwd then you will have to use your tranny
I believe its inside the fuel tank, on top of the fuel pump. I'm searching for the same thing for my 95 impreza, and they are saying its somewhere inside the tank. There is an opening in the back of the rear seat on the tank side where you can access the pump and the sensor.
i went to change my 95 clock and thought i could fit a 99 clock in but when i took the clock out all the plugs were different so it will take a good electrician to sort it out so i changed my mind and bought a nice plasmsa glow white dials instead off ebay.
if its the same as mine 95 on its under carpet in the boot right by the back seats drivers side first undo the four screws in the oval plate then undo the 8mm bolts and the pipes that go to the pump but first release the pressure in the tank by undoing the petrol cap.
