You can replace the locking cylinder, on your 1994 Ford Thunderbird, by removing the inside door panel. The locking mechanism will be visible with the door panel removed.

you got to drill out the rivets from the outside and that's about it then there is a clip on the inside that you need to unhook to do that you need to remove the door panel that's it
take the door panel off and spray some lube on the tracks that worked on mine.
