First remove the road whel, then remove the spring, then remove the dust caps from the guide bolts, then using a 7mm hex key or socket remove the guide bolts. Once this is done the caliper can be pulled away, make sure to remove the wear indicator.
Use a G clamp to push the piston back in, its easier if you remove the lid of the reservoir in the engine bay. If you don't have a G clamp then a big screwdriver will do, but be carefull not to chip the piston.
Once the new pads are in just reverse the process to put it all back together.
If you want to change the Disks then you will need to remove the rest of the caliper from the hub, there are two bolts to remove andone holding bolt on the actual disk.
