There is no cheat you just need to catch shaymin using Oak's letter then the lady in floroma town will give you the key item Gracidea Flower and you can give to Shaymin and it will change form.

∙ 14y agoAfter you climb Sky Peak the second time and recruit Shaymin Land Forme, you will need a Gracidea to change it into Sky Forme. There is a Shaymin in the Shaymin Village giving out Gracideas for free. Talk to all the Shaymin and you should be asked if you want a Gracidea.
