The good news is, thanks to Iridium tipped plugs, you only have to do this every 100,000 miles (check your owners manual). If you aren't there yet then don't worry about it.
The process is only complicated by the things you have to remove to reach the plugs. The plastic panel on top of the engine comes off. To reach the rear bank the intake plenum comes off. Now, notice each plug has its own coil, three atop each rocker cover. Remove the bolt holding the coil and tuck all six bolts away in a safe place where you'll be able to find them later. Lift each coil to expose the plug boot and remove it from the plug. Once the coils are off (be sure you don't mix them up) remove the old plugs.
Replacement is the opposite of the above. Be sure to use some anti-seize on the plug threads and torque the plugs properly (18 ft lbs). Torque for the coil bolts is 71 inch pounds, for the plastic cover 70 inch pounds, intake manifold 11 ft lbs.
Now, don't you wish you had an old clunker that had spark plugs visible as soon as you popped the hood? ;)
