Take your pick as far as name brand but definitely stay with a double platinum plug. They last longer and as difficult as it is to change the plugs in the Expedition you won't want to do it any more than necessary.

look on the very top of the motor and you will see a long rail them are the spark injectors for your spark plugs. pull them injectors out and you will see your spark plugs.

On the 5.4L you will find a coil pack on each spark plug. Meaning 8 coil packs for 8 spark plugs.

These have an alumnium head and sometimes the plugs can seize in the head. I suggest taking it to a shop where they can handle such a thing.
