You need to access it from the trunk. Once in the trunk you remove the clips that hold the material on by removing the center piece first. Once enough clips are removed to access the light are, you then locate the bolts that hold the entire light piece in place (they are the smaller ones with the wires attached) there should be two of them (you will need to removed the white clips first that hold the wires in place before you will be able to see the bolts) once the bolts are removed the entire light assembly should come out (just so you know there are still some clips that hold it in place but just pull on the outside light and they will come loose they are just used to pop it into place and will not be damaged by pullin on the light)
